"Winter Twilight," Honors Image (Nature), Central Illinois Camera Clubs Fall, 2010 Interclub Competition
The photography competition season has now begun. The Central Illinois Camera Club Association (CICCA) Fall Salon took place last weekend. My top image was the macro image above. It’s a nice image, though capturing a good plant image just isn’t as much as fun as capturing a good animal image…
Participating in this competition did prompt me to submit four insect images for the National Insect Salon, the first competition I entered after my first summer (Summer, 2009) of macrophotography.
I’m hoping to delve significantly more into macrophotography technique over the next few months in preparation for the next spring. More to come…
