The hot temperatures and accompanying high humidity provide ideal conditions for viewing early morning predator-prey interactions. Minute winged insects are slower and have more difficulty flying when water droplets reduce their already questionable aerodynamic body plans.
Another week of hot, humid weather is anticipated. May as well take advantage of it!
